There are amazing views of Ibiza Town from the villa. The estate is very secure with its own security guards, reception area and it even has its own private tennis club. Access to the whole island is perfect from this location, the nearest beaches are within 5 minutes drive, and it is 3 minutes from the golf club. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms. All with views of Ibiza Town. The master bedroom is spectacular - spacious with its own terrace which boasts a beautiful Jacuzzi for those hot summer evenings.

Downstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, two of which face directly on to the swimming pool. The kitchen is well appointed and the sitting room is light and airy. The outside area and garden.

There are two large patios areas, both are covered. One patio is used as an outside dining area and the other is used as a relaxing area where you can chill out while watching over the pool.
The swimming pool is large; 10 meters x 4 meters. The garden is large, with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and palm trees at the front and the back. There is also a great barbecue area. For families with children there is a fantastic secure play area with swings, sea saws and a small elevated den.
