The villa is placed on a corner, so has no neighbours on one side.On the other side is a plot of land that belongs to this property.
To the front of the property the land is ‘tereno rustico’ which means no further construction.
The villa commands majestic views over the sea, Ibiza town & the island of Formentera. The property is south facing, so is very well lit during most of the day and in most of the living areas.

There are 3 entrances to the villa from the road. One of these goes directly to the pool and terrace area. Another into the main house and finally the third entrance which leads to the upper level where there is a self contained studio appt with large terrace, views and a bbq grill.

The main entrance leads into a lounge area, with one bedroom on the same level, and a separate shower room.

Four steps down from here, we enter into the main living area of the house, where there is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge/chillout area. All this area has views over Ibiza town. At the side of the kitchen is the exit to large terraces and pool area.

From the dining area there are steps that lead to the master bedroom, with dressing room and large fully fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is another bedroom with en suite shower on this lower level.

Both the rooms have windows and sliding doors facing south. The disposition of the bedrooms is such that each room is completely independent.
